• GCSE and IGCSE: GCSE/ IGCSE confirms students' language and academic skills in year 9.
• A Levels: A- Level students typically focus on three subjects. Additionally, they have the option of pursuing an Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and the Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE). Registration Process of Winchester College

To begin the application process for Winchester College, interested students must complete the online application form. Subsequently, parents are required to submit the following essential documents:

Sixth Form

All applications to Winchester College require an online submission. As part of the application process, applicants must upload the following essential documents:

• Two recent school reports, demonstrating academic proficiency
• A curriculum vitae (CV) highlighting extracurricular activities, reflecting the applicant's intellectual curiosity and engagement

Applying Fee

Parents should pay non-refundable application fee which is £400

Acceptance of conditional offer for year 9 students

If the student decides to join Winchester College in Year 9,  a non-refundable fee of £2,000 must be paid to accept the conditional offer of a place by 1 July of Year 6. This fee will be refunded when parents pay the Spring Term invoice, unless the place is declined. 

Deposit

After a successful accepting process, A deposit is required in November of Year 8. This cost is compensable due to refunding within four months of the pupil leaving the school. 

A non-refundable deposit of £4,000 is required from UK citizens in November of Year 8 to secure their place. For non-UK citizens, the deposit is equivalent to one term's fee.

£51,855 per year - £17,285 per term

Sixth form Day Fee

£38,367 per annum - £12,789 per term

Fees in advance scheme

Scholarships and bursaries may be awarded to students, covering up to five years of school fees or providing a discount on the full fees.

This charge is determined by UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration). For existing pupils and those starting in September 2024 who hold a Child Student Visa, there will be a charge of £550.
