Queen's Gate School offers three primary entry points for both the Junior and Senior Schools, although they may consider admissions at other year levels if places are available. The primary entry points are:

Preliminary (Year 0/Reception): For entry into the Junior School
Remove (Year 7): For entry into the Senior School
LVI (Year 12): For entry into the Senior School

As a through-school, Queen's Gate is committed to educating girls from age 4 to 18. In keeping with philosophy, girls admitted to the Junior School will automatically receive an offer to join the Senior School in Year 6.

Queen’s Gate School Scholarships & Bursaries

+7 Years pupils' scholarships: Two of them are awarded for entry to Year 3, One for a current pupil, One, the Albertopolis Scholarship, for external candidates. Each scholarship has a value of up to 10% of the value of the school fees and is tenable throughout the top four years in the Junior School.
+11Years pupils' scholarships: The 11+ Academic Scholarships are worth up to 10% of the fees and are tenable through to Year 11 in the Senior School. All the girls will be considered for this scholarship based on their 11+ examination results.
Art, music, drama and sport have their own scholarships too.
The last part is interview/audition
Six form pupils' scholarships: The value of each will normally be up to 10% of the annual fees and will be tenable throughout the two years of A-Level Studies.
Bursaries are worth up to 100% of the value of school fees, and, where appropriate, will also extend to include school lunches, and some enrichment activities and trips.
A range of elements will be examined, including overall income, dependents, employment status or incapacity to work, investments/significant savings, regular outgoings.
