It's no surprise that the Tube is one of the most popular methods to commute, as trains operate every few minutes along routes known as 'lines' and there are more than 270 stops in all
In addition to the Tube, the distinctive red buses offer an economical mode of transportation. You can no longer pay with cash; an Oyster or contactless payment card is required. It is advisable to obtain an Oyster card upon arrival due to the discounts it provides on the Tube.
Walking
